My experience as project manager startet when I was 26 years old with a multimillion European funded project with 20 international institutions. Since then I made many trial and error attempts which consolidated my seniority in this art of collaborating with your teams.
I can assist you and your team with several approaches including traditional project management (Gantt chart, project budgeting, WBS, etc.), AGILE (Scrum, eXtreme project management, Scale agile, etc.) and other project management skills such as effective meeting preparation and moderation.
After 15 years of experience I had the honour to coach many junior colleagues and that has become the passion to pass my knowledge.

Matteo helped me take my first steps into the world of project management, specifically introducing me to the Agile approach within the context of a significant European project that had just begun and is now approaching its conclusion after 4 years. With extreme clarity and great patience, he explained even the seemingly more complex concepts, promptly addressing every question I had (and there were many) and clearing up any doubts I had. His reassuring presence encouraged me from the beginning, helping me gain more and more confidence and awareness of my abilities in an entirely new field.He literally guided me through almost the entire first year of the project, until I was able to navigate independently, which happened within a few months, thanks to his teaching techniques. He was a constant but never intrusive presence, always giving me the freedom to experiment and implement all his teachings, observing and supporting me continuously. He was truly an excellent teacher, and I am still grateful to him for the time he dedicated to me.

Matteo assisted me by teaching first the fundamentals of project management and then going in detail with a specific Agile approach implemented together for the METASTRA project. It was a very enjoyable journey that began at the same time as the project; even though there was not a lot of time to complete the training after a few months I could autonomously manage the METASTRA project. What I liked the most about Matteo’s coaching style is that he is highly supportive and teaches by guiding you through the work you have to do as project manager for the project itself. He is supportive not only by being generous with his time to check the work you are doing but also with his feedback, crucially constructively letting you know how to improve and where you have done a good job. This in combination with learning on-the-job has meant I have both the capability but also the confidence to autonomously manage the project.
